I went a little overboard... But I had planned on doing two before I decided on just one.

7" 55w- HighBeam turns it off (but may end up running the second one if I decide to make another mount)

Cool! When are we going to ride again? I think I will be done early next week every day except Tuesday. May even be off Thursday and Friday.

More info on the light please.

    Where did you get it?

    How did you mount it?

I want to switch to a large round light.

    Thanks!
    James

    Headlights from amazon

    Brackets from The Pot

I used .25in. nuts, bolts, washers & lock washers. I bolted to the original light bracket. The brackets over lapped. I drilled the mounting hole.

I had to use 1.25in. bolts to mount the brackets as the 2 4in. brackets arent wide enough to bolt on the outside of the original frame. So I bolted them in the inside allowing me to overlap and drill a hole to run the bolt through that the light uses to mount.

Wiring was straight forward. I am only using the low-beam wires. When starting, I flip to high to reduce the battery draw.
