    Hi folks.

I'm wondering how many miles you get off the various rear tyres available for the Dub.

I've used the original one (about 15,000k) and it's almost toast.

Also, I'm on my second ITP Terracross - first lasted about 8000ks (by memory).

Is there a longer lasting rear tyre? I'm after longevity more than off road ability.

How does the SHINKO SR428 go? TW204?

    Thanks, Rob.

I got almost exactly 10,000 miles out of my stock rear tire. The center knobbies were perfectly flat....

That was with probably 95% highway riding.

I went with a stock replacement. 10k is pretty good really...
