When I am reading a thread, or typing. something butts in and a sound track come on.
In addition, the page starts scrolling down. If I scroll it back and start reading again it just scrolls back down Again.
Sometimes it is impossible to read a thread and I have to leave the site Entirely to get rid of it. I do not know what causes this but I suspect it is some type of virus. Sometimes when I am typing, the curser turns into a a colored whoring thing and nothing works.
I hope you can cure this soon.

Try using Mozilla as your browser with the AdGuard AdBlocker add-on.
Works great for me.
I think you were having a similar problem back in Hawaii too. It might go away if you actually bought another TW
When I was having some of the symptoms; I added ADBLOCK and the problems went away.
I get the same thing sometimes
The ad at the bottom of the screen, pulling the page down and playing sound automatically, happened to me for the first time today. The other ads are too plentiful, but not as annoying as these new ones.
Whoever owns and runs this website will hopefully figure out that if they are too crazy about selling ad space and not good enough to patrons, that site views and usage will go down, in the end costing them more. Don't be like Photobucket.
Yes I have a Mac. The problem is not on my computer. It only happens on this site.
It happened a couple of time on another site but the moderators got rid of it.
Running an ad blocker should stop this - also clear your cookies and temp files, history (the lot) and try again - a malware scan might also be appropriate
If you can provide some more detail I can "report" it - but for that I need to know exactly what operating system you're using, and the exact nature of the offending ad itself - but try the above first - in most cases this can cure it
Failing that - your computer is broken, and I will take it off your hands for 50p
