    Question re: Fork mods

All this talk of adjusting oil levels in forks got me wondering...

How many who have made modifications to their forks from stock - whether it is changing the oil level or adding spacers - still have the mysterious "CLUNK" ?

As referred to in this thread: https://tw200forum.com/forum/technica...very-bump.html

    Still there.
    1st John 1:9
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

I don't know if I am hijacking this thread or not if I am tell me to move it. I am doing a fork oil(10w) change right now and the numbers aren't working out. I removed the fork leg cycled it a few times and poured out the fluid. It was 6oz. The best I can tell is people on here are recommending 8oz. or 135mm. So I measured out 8oz and poured it in. Without the spring and such in there and the fork leg pushed down it measures 4 3/4' to the oil(120.65mm I think using google to convert). So now I am a bit worried. Do I do the 8oz or try to hit 135mm? I will eventually do the fork setup as described in the sticky but don't have time for it now. I also plan on using a 3/4" spacer.

    Thanks
    Mark

Do 130 mm. Forget the ounces.

Can anyone tell me if the forks changed from 2011 to 2012? I have to replace my inner tube and the site I'm ordering from stops at year 2011. I'm assuming they're the same?
