Found the source of my hideous vibration.

Since I got my TW it has made a hideous sound at certain engine speed-load combinations. I found it this week!

The headlight mounting bracket was not assembled properly. Now that I slipped the slot over the tab, the noise is gone. It also explains why I had to turn my headlight adjuster almost all the way to the limit.

This picture is taken from under the headlight, with the headlight shroud removed.

Way to hangin there !. Several folk have reported strange noise or something and at times find crazy little things as a result.....instead of it being something major .
