Is this engine oil coming out of my carb vent tube?

Was looking over my 2013 Tdub today. Noticed some liquid on the end of my carb vent tube. After closer look it kinda seemed like oil
But wasn't really oily like engine oil? Brown in color

    Is this normal?

My engine oil level is between the marks after a level check

    Thanks for any info....

Have any tip overs recently? Might be a little left over fuel from that.

Are you sure it is the carb overflow tube you are looking at? If it is, if it's just a little on the end of the tube, I wouldn't worry about it. If it's dripping on the floor, maybe a piece of debris under the float needle.

    could it be air-filter oil?
If over-oiled, they will drip out the airbox drain but not from the carb.

Might sound silly ,but , when you lube your chain are you sure it is not overspray and has gathered some road grime?. Now obviously, if it smells like petrol then my thought is no good .
