After taking my TW out to the trails I have decided to beef up the suspension. Not so much for increasing speed (I happy at this things pace) but more so to better handle the errand rut I didn't see coming. When I had my DR as poor as the stock suspension was on that bike it still was far better than the TW at handling my weight.

My question is should I just swap in heavier springs front and back from procycle or do the full fork solution kit with emulators, again from procycle. What kinda of gain will the extra $150 or so dollars for the solution kit get me over just swaping springs.

If you feel that your bike is under sprung then yes the springs are a great idea. The emulators improve the damping action on the forks( mainly compression) and are more tunable to get what you want if you are willing to put the time in. Some guys have put the springs in and changed the oil level/weight and been happy as well.

Personally i have the full kit with emulators on both of mine and i'm very happy with the results. I put a lot of time and effort into testing on the front end and for me its paid off with a much better working fork. A lot more control from a damping perspective, less braking nose dive and much more compliant over small bumps.
