    Roll Charts

I figure roll charts a pretty basic to operate but I thought I would ask. Mike and I need to purchase a roll chart holders for our ride in October. Any suggestions on models and are there any tips you might want to share on there use.

Moose is decent Rick, and the price is reasonable. Roll chart holders are something you can spend reasonable or insane on.

And this is an example of a high end one. I have no experience with this one, but I've seen quite a few, Roadbook (Roll Chart) Holder RB-Compact - Touratech-USA

Thanks Kurt. Thats quite a difference in price, looks like the Moose will work just fine. With today's technology a person would think that roll charts would be a thing of the past.

Well, if they give you the charts it's actually pretty handy. If you have to make your own charts...not so much. In the old days anyway if you were attending a "roll chart event" you needed to show up with tape and scissors and cut and tape your own charts. I'm not sure if your ride is one where you are making your own charts or if you will be given charts. If it's the latter...come prepared with tape and scissors.
