    Adjusting the idle

I've looked in the manual and I'm familiar with carbs but I can't seem to find how to adjust the idle please help.

Welcome, saw your post r.e. your 2013. Congratulations, sounds like well equipped and reasonable price too.
Idle speed is adjusted via knob located on left side of float bowl; it is attached to a cable that runs under carb to a throttle stop on the right side. Knob twists by hand, crack throttle a bit to make it easier to turn. Clockwise to increase idle speed, counterclockwise to lower idle speed.

Bet you just have the Owner's Manual, not the Service Manual?
Somebody have a working link for the downloadable p.d.f. Service Manual for a New Member?

The last idle I had to adjust it was a small screw on side of carb right next to the choke.
