    Cleaning cylinder head

This is not for my TW but I'm hoping someone will have a good idea.I got my cylinders for my CB750 back from the machine shop and now I would like to clean them up and maybe paint them but I am not sure what the best process would be to get them looking like new again.

I use a pressure washer but then I do that as a first step. After machining maybe better to wait until the head is back on the engine.
Long live the internal combustion engine!
