I just purchased my first bike - a 2006 TW200 with just over 1000km (600 miles) on the odometer. The manual states that the break-in period is up to 1,600 km so while there is little mileage, the bike is still almost 6 years old. Other than an oil change, what maintenance should be performed or what else should I look at that may need adjustment?

    Thanks.

Lube the chain, cables, swing arm, lever pivots, and brake pedal pivot.

Check battery water level. Check tire pressure. Check hardware for tightness. Clean air filter.

Install fuel filter. You don't give a location, but if you are in North America you might think about rejetting the carb.
