Ok, i'm trying to change sprockets, chain and replace OEM head bolts with hex head bolts. However, it seems like every other head bolt is stripped. How else can i remove these stupid head bolts. Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks

When I repalced some bolts on my T dub I had the same problem. I took a dremel and a metal grinding wheel and made them into large flat head bolts. Tapped a hammer gently on them then with some elbow grease and pressure they came out.

Are you trying to change the "head bolts" or the screws that hold the side cover? If you are talking about the screws you are probably using a #2 phillips screwdriver. If you don't own the correct JIS screwdriver then try a #3 phillips. It fits snuggly and is less prone to strip the heads.

    I don't want a pickle, etc.
