Need some advise. My TW gets ornery when I let it die BEFORE fully warming up. It won't start again until it sits for 20 min or so. Anyone have any tricks for getting it started? I pull the choke out and it still won't start. It's like it gets flooded. Is there anyway to spray some starting fluid? Or just wait it out?

Definitely DO NOT use starting fluid!!! You need to systematically troubleshoot your no-start problem. Starting fluid will simply create a new (much larger) one. If an engine turns over the problem is either fuel or spark. I would start with the fuel/carb since it is the most likely culprit.
