does it turn over?
hey guys im knew to this forum i have a 87 tw200 that was running fine then it died and now it wont start back up i changed the ignition coil still nothing, iv cleaned the carb multiple of times im lost and im starting to get irritated with the whole thing so any help wold be much appreciated iv also cleand all the wire connections and grounds.
can u see a spark at the plug?
2001 TW200 - supertrapp stubby exhaust
1996 CRM 250 - 2 smoker - FMF exhaust
1998 Honda CB600 Hornet - ( a.k.a Honda 599 ) - micron , ohlins rear - CB600F3 front forks..
Maybe try cleaning the carb a few more times to see if it will spark then.
sounds like your cdi is possibly bad that is a common source of spark failure. if it turns over and the lights work than you know it is charging and that rules out stator rectifier. the cdi is where i would look. hope this helps.

There are troubleshooting procedures in the free downloadable shop manual accessible via the sticky in this forum. Follow the instructions therein.
cleaned carb multiple times for no spark? If you have no spark and tryed a coil with no luck then might be best to take Tw to shop for correct diagnosis and repair. Would probably cost less then throwing parts at it.
