    125 and 31 for 49-state bikes, 128 and 31 for Cali.

Except on alternating Tuesdays during leap years. None of this seems to be set in stone.

I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

Powdercoated '87 frame, extended swingarm, YZ fork legs, ATV tire, 14/55, XT350 tank, spliced quick-release seat, disc brake conversion, beeg headlight, beeger rack, Lizrdcooler, Lizrdventz and bunch of other stuff all covered in invisible ink.

seems odd that cali bikes get richer jetting. i would have guessed the opposite.

I had been running a 130 main jet for several years in my '05 and noticed the spark plug appeared "sooty" (black).

For the past 2 months I have used a 128 main jet. The plug looked better, but it felt like the bike lost a little uphill pulling power.

I put the 130 back in this week, and the lost pulling power seems to be back. I don't know if there is any measurable difference. I just feels better.

I ride in western NC at altitudes of 1,500 to 3,000 ft (occasionally higher).

Cali bikes have an intentional small vacuum leak through the vapor recovery canister. The 128 more than compensates.
