You're just going to have to get the engine clean and find the source of the leak. A few words on the internet can't paint enough of a picture.

Things on the right side could be the kickstart lever seal, the side cover gasket, the sight glass, oil filter cover. Or it could be coming from just about anywhere and running along the skid plate and dripping out somewhere else. It could be the drain plug.

I've heard of a trick on this forum that involves cleaning your engine and then sprinkling powder on the motor where you think the leak is coming from. The oil will show on the powder. Like Ayers posted, the leak could be coming from anywhere. It could be coming from the oil filter cover, but won't show until it hits the ground.
If you can't find it, grind it

Check the o-ring on the filler cap.

All of the above is good advice. Here's another possibility.
    My handle is B-dub, I ride a T-dub, and drive a V-dub.

ok i found the problem hopefully this is the only leak the bottom of the crankcase cover was previously repaired with some kind of jb weld. At first the leak was only a couple of drops but now i recall going over a small jump and it could have loosend the weld more it seem as if i replace the weld with jb it would keep reoccuring so im going to get it profesionally welded it hope fully it wont cost much

A reputable bike shop owner told me about using JB weld. I think the trick is to really prep and sand the surface lightly. I think you are on the right track though to get a permanent fix.

You'll need to remove the cover and clean it very well before you repair it. Any oil residue will undo your efforts.
