My indicators are not working, and I went to the fusebox on the side of my TW125.

Seems it only has one fuse, one slot is empty - Bike starts and runs and rear lamp lit.

But is the other slot for a fuse or just for a spare?

i.e. does the TW125 have two fuses and what do they cover?

Honestly I can't be sure for the TW125, but the 200 has a fuse and a little sleeve beside it to hold the spare. I'd take your seat and tailpiece off to check connections on the indicators, do some meter testing, etc. Obviously check bulbs too.

Don't know about the 125 but I'll assume it is the same as the 200, which uses only one active 20a fuse - the bottom one. The top slot is for a spare fuse.

That makes sense - its the bottom one that has a fuse and the top that is empty so sounds like it's a spare - Thanks.

It also sounds like it blew a fuse once. Might want to get a spare in there, or pack a few in your luggage. Intermittent shorts are hard to find.
