    Rear Tire Question

I just purchased a used 2018 TW200 yesterday with 155 miles. I love it so far.
Question, I would like to upgrade the rear tire. I ride on trails with sand and mud.
Will a 26x9x14 Maxxis Ceros fit on my stock TW 200. If there modifications required
Are they extensive. Is that the best size tie?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

Short answer is "Yes", with qualifications. Please use search engine in upper right hand corner of web page to reveal a truely vast wealth of posts related to all sorts of ATV tires and mounting details on TW200s. Words like "best" and "extensive" are somewhat subjective and we can't make that determination on your behalf.
Read, learn and decide for yourself if the complications are acceptable.
Personally I love ATV tires on the TW. Have recently been showcasing this tire on some of my videos:

More TerraCross 26x8x14 in sandy terrain including extended steep loose sandy ascents.
This replaces a Duro Powergrip I ran for ~7,000 miles. The Duro and it's legions of more affordable clones do very well in mud, sand, rock as well as the recently popular Cerros. However I chose to experiment with the TerraCross due to it's significantly rounder profile which restores more traditional motorcycle-like handling ( square rear tires profiles take some getting used to).

Like many I run a Shinko 244, although in the widest size. Common opinion is that a narrower, lighter 244 would have been a better choice. Previously I ran a similar appearing IRC GP-1 Trials which I also really liked. Two four four.jpeg
Many here willl recommend the Shinko 241 with good reason. Both seem to have good on & off road manners which I like in a dual sport machine.Tw four onejpeg.jpeg

Others more knowledgable can comment on good performing more knobbier options. The only one I tried had big tall flexible knobs that I felt uncomfortably squirrelly on pavement and Moab's slick rock. Below is a vid of the ride where you can see the front end is dancing a bit side to side somewhat more than I am comfortable with. Wouldn't want to go over the side of those fins. On a borrowed TW with a Metzler MC6 perhaps?
So here is a shameless plug to encourage you to come to a MOAB Group Ride. Tune out after 45 seconds if you just want to see clumsy riding on an unfamiliar knobby.

I 100% agree with Fred...it's worth the time to be informed on the costs, dangers, and rewards an ATV tire can offer.

I run a shinko 241 front and a efx moto 350 atv tire on a modded hub/rim. I read a lot about ATV tires but got lucky and found a local parting out a very custom TW.

My God, Fred...how long are those fins?
I rode mine in Moab when it was new but I didn't see nothin' like those!

Video was from the first two major trails one finds in Sand Flats Recreation Area just outside of Moab, UT.
First minute or so is Hell's Revenge and balance is Fins and Things. We'll see if Purple wants to lead the way next week.
