    Removing the snorkel*

    I was wondering do you need to adjust your carburator when you remove the snorkel?

    It's a 125 TW

    You probably need to do so..
    Even an EFI bike will need remap after snorkel removal(e.g. XT660 Tenere).
    Why do you want to remove it?

    I'm trying to build a street tracker style of bike and it would look better with it off than on the bike.

    The snorkel is probably most effective at speed – so it becomes more to do with “what you’re going to replace it with”

    Assuming you’re going for the full “air box delete” ?

    Read the spark plug before and after, then decide.
    If it does not make it much leaner, then no.
