TW125 Rear brake drum

I rode my baby TW for the first time over the weekend and found that the rear brake left a lot to be desired!!

It felt like the drum was egg shaped and really grabby!

I've since been into it and found it quite rusty on one side

The rust has all been removed now so hopefully its fixed

However, if it isn't sorted and the drum is indeed egg shaped, can the drum alone be purchase or is it a replacement wheel for me?

Cheers

I believe some early 125s had a separate, bolt on drum but the majority had a conventional one piece drum/hub.
See the screen shot from the 200 manual below showing the separate drum.

Although the view of the hub is not clear you can see that the usual 125 one piece hub is a much simpler affair.
Bottom line is, it depends which type you have.
I don't know for sure, but I wouldn't be surprised if you could fit either wheel to your bike.
