Am I leaking fluid from my front brake?

I noticed the end of the cable (it has an adjusting knob) that goes to the front disc is covered in oil/grease.
    Am I leaking oil?

One image shows the grease on the cable end, the other shows the cable end after I cleaned with brake cleaner. Should I be concerned?
    thank you for the help.

The knurled knob is not for any adjustments, but for securing speedometer cable to the wheel hub. Should be kept tight. What you are seeing is likely lubricant from the speedo cable inside the cable housing bleeding out.
I wold not worry, just keep the knurled knob tight with the flared cable sheath end properly seated and leakage should cease.

Thank you Fred for your help. I’ll turn that knurled knob tomorrow if it is loose. Again thank you.
