Wanna add Hazard lights to the missus's bike,,,

at a guess I'd need to change the relay to support this,,, then add a switch-

searching on ebay for motorcycle hazard relay gave zero results..

so I guess I need some help!

she has standard bulbs in her indicator lights right now - altho I might parallel some LED lights in addition to these

if any one has any ideas much appreciated!

This should work just fine. I would use a STDP switch and on the second set of contacts on the switch I would run a fused wire to the battery so you could activate the hazards without the ignition switch on.

well its just adding a switch so can always 'un' add it at worst...

Not too afraid to play with the electrical system here!

so far I added strips of LED lights to the mirror stalks - so now my wife is well lit up when she's on her travels... they actually look quite good! and as they are as high and wide as you can get on the bike they do stand out... the slight purple tinge makes them stand out too...

    thanks RBM for the reassurance..

going in next week as the wife wil be away for 2 weeks...
