Hey guys, my buddy and i were out playing in the mud today on out tw200s, his is 2005 mines a 12. I noticed on mine when powering through mud, it would "clunk" it sounded and felt like the chain skipping a link,or something like that. Then his did it a bunch when under load.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks from alaska

Chain is probably stretched a little. You can adjust the tension from the axle. Don't forget to adjust your rear brake too. You have to loosen it up.

If the chain was that loose that it slipped on the sprockets I'd change them ASAP!

Chain extremely loose....possibly, coupled with the mud or even a rock getting clogged up in the sprocket....raising the chain, then dropping it back onto the sprocket?.

YEah we were buried in mud, so loose chain, lotsa mud seems to be the culprit.

    Rode again and no problem.
