I am removing this to be able to replace my valves

But I am stuck here with these tabs that prevent me from unscrewing the bolts and removing the camshaft

The service manual just says straighten the tabs. no other instructions or tools.

Anyone know how to do this?

Use a screwdriver and a hammer if necessary, just need to bend them enough to be able to spin the bolts.

unbend them. When you reassemble you bend them back up to lock the bolts. Just a tab.

Just take a hammer and a flat screw driver and gently tap them over.
Only a fool would attempt it, and God help me, I am that fool!
