Nice post. You did this and got all the pieces with out a long back order wait? If so this is awesome. I got my kits for a similar price plus shipping from Bay Area Yamaha in Oregon.

Ordered it yesterday, they shipped it today, UPS says I’ll have it tomorrow (they aren’t far from me so shipping is always quick). I might have enough time this weekend to do the install slowly enough to document properly, If not then I’ll do it next weekend.

Well for some reason I can’t get images to upload right now, but I am looking at a box of all brand new OEM parts for a kick assembly. Also a new Cyclerack, front sprocket and chain lube. It’s like Christmas came early!

Man kicking it over is fun! Yamaha should never have removed the kick and they should fire and blacklist whoever came up with that idea. Once I have a chance to upload the metric buttload of pics and sit down and write everything out I’ll post a new install instructions with working pics.

Congratulations on the successful installation, that kick lever looks right at home there!

p.s. What, did you forget to order that little plastic plug that goes over the end of the splined shaft? Now you'll to take it all apart again (Just kidding you!).
