    Riding local trails

Local trails are plentiful in rural areas like where I live. My favorite place to ride is at a huge gravel pit that has been called sand mountain since the 1980s. It has every thing from hill climbs to difficult tight trails. It is very popular and watching quads go through 5 ft of pond water there is very cool. Just 5 miles away is grissit creek which is popular with everyone. It has several crossing points and hills to jump. What's your favorite local area to ride?

Your Sand Mountain sounds nice with lots of variety. Glad you have a good local off-road place.
