Back from March Moto Madness 2016. It was fantastic. There were somewhere between 500 and 600 dual-sport riders and FIVE TW's. I rode with a group of 10 other riders with bikes ranging from two 1200GS's, two KTM 690s, a KTM 400, a KLR, a BMW 450 and a Husky TE610. We did lots of gravel switchbacks and some single-track. While I was WOT most of the time and a shifting fool, I could hang with the big guys. The rougher, tighter the trail, the easier the mule could keep up. We also did 6 water crossings with no TW problems.
I did have one issue: I blew the main 20-amp fuse near the tail end of the ride. Luckily I could bump start and get back to camp. Is this a common issue?
