Here's a pic from the top of the same little hill, from here, you don't even have to look close! I didn't see this thing until about 5 feet away . . . press down, catch the rebound with the clutch and throttle and sail over it with the front end up . . . then stop and clean out the shorts . . .
After choking on dust for about five miles, I came across this mudhole, no worries, I've been here before!! Right, took the center and it was nearly 18inches deep. . . when will I learn.
Did my best to sling her clean but it was tough. Managed to keep under power and get all the way through, then romped up the road aways to clear some of the mud. Had to stop and dig it out of the chain guard though.
Then found these girls/young'uns busy filling the lane with recycled vegetation, so spent about an hour easing them a mile or so back west.
Have a few more crappy phone pics, but PB keeps kicking me off, so I'm gonna close this and head to bed.
It was nice to get a couple hours in, on the bike today! Hope all ya'll got some riding in too.
