Duro has lots of tread left. I'll take a pic and post when the rain eases up.

Moved TW to garage and measured centre lug at 5/8".

If we're smart we'll be like Slim Pickens and be working on our final checklists about now.

Unlike many a motorcycle events we don't charge any money so you won't get a roll-chart and a t-shirt.
However we do tend to take care of our own. As long as you show up with a bike which has seen a good faith effort at maintenance we can often help out if something does indeed go wrong. No guarantees, but in the past something as simple as a spare nut or fuse has salvaged a day's ride. So if you do get a problem let someone know.

However forecast is looking sunny and warm. Plumbstraight says Willow Springs is getting pretty busy, we are fortunate to have him as an advance party "reserving" things but he could use an early arrival or two.

It looks like it is going to be too hot for serious off road adventures.

Need to recalibrate expectations and bring more hot weather gear. Hard to think shorts and sandals now while on a 50 degree dog run/ ride while I am wearing a down coat. Inspecting my warm-up hut but wind has torn doors off sometime over the winter
. I am ready for spring, but maybe not for riding in 89 degrees while attacking slick rock ledges and swimming through blow sand. Time to man up and pack extra sun screen and beverages.

Even a hot day can have a cold start - just peel the layers away and stick them in a tail bag as you go (for later)

Looks like I'm going to need my tweed jacket .......

Just picked up an annual pass from a Golden Gate National Park location. That was the last item on my list!
