    Awesome Dude, just awesome.
I really enjoyed the RR and pics.
Hoping to do a ride from Vegas to Fairmont Wv next year.
I'm tossed to and fro with taking my TW or my XR650L.
    It's been 11 years since I visited my dad, I'm 60, he's 81.
As in a recent RR I am trying to get miles in the saddle to be ready.
Route 66 would be my choice to travel, as a kid in Calif. that was the route we took each summer to visit family back in the Hills.
    Thx for the adventure reading,
    VDR

That is a really inspiring write up. I think there are many envious folks who would love to be able to pack up and move like that. Well done!

Now to follow up if you want to read a really cool book with true story...I give it 2 thumbs up. This book is 2 stories in one. One is about ride across America in early days on a Harley, other side story is guys brother I believe it was, part of the BLACK SHEEP SQUADRON that did raids in his plane. VERY GOOD READ!!!!
