    The banjos are a nice feature.
    Road going types can mount the radiator lower and use skid plate as an additional heat sump, I saw this once.
    Longer oil lines can relocate cooler in a variety of places but at the expense of some oil circulation efficiency.

    Teddy Bear, will post photo of the CPU fan and ducting plus coper coil heat exchanger from Gerry's Mr.Gizmo bike, a little crude and muddy from the field but has worked well for last decade or so:

    Does the piece that replaces the stock engine cover NEED a gasket???

    Tom, if you are referring to to LZRDBRETH cooler set-up that replaced the oil filter housing cover then"YES" , the new filter cover that features the needed oil pick-up and return lines needs, and re-uses, the stock OEM Yamaha cover gasket.

    I just got my bike. When I crack that cover is oil going to come spilling out?

    just a tablespoon in the oil filter nothing to worry about the entire bike only holds a quart

    Not much, less than a shot glass.

    Just keep your oil level near the top line on the sight glass and you will be fine.

    Well, the only time there would be oil in the cooler is under power. So, If I keep the level at the top of the line there will still be enough in the crank case to Lub the engine???
