Decided to sell my Bajaj so I can get deeper into my kayak fishing sickness. Only ~300KM! Current tags (7/2011) and clear Texas title in hand. [email protected] $3,000

Guess the link has to be approved by the SCOOT guru and should be working soon. Never put it up for sale before but thought about it. I like it too much I guess. Since kayak fishing is rapidly turning into a new problem for me, selling it will help fund the addiction. Here is a craigslist link that I know works: http://austin.craigslist.org/mcy/2012699191.html

BOY, not only is that very nice, I suspect it is pretty unique to the states. I had a Cushman 3 wheeler and used it for a mobile bicycle repair 'business'. Lots of things could be done with this very nice Vespa. Gerry

Thanks, and yes it is pretty rare. It and a handful of others were bootlegged into Texas from Mexico and were reportedly seized by the Feds who then auctioned them off. (Doesn't make sense, does it?) Problem was they didn't have titles which was a long and relatively expensive process to fix. I really like your mobile bike repair Cushman. That thing is very cool. The Bajaj only goes about 30 mph in stock trim, how fast does the Cushman go?

Think the Cushman was pretty much the same. It was an early model with a narrow wheelbase and none of the 'tip pads' the newer ones got. If you wanted to be 'sporty' you damn well better lean out the door on those 'fast' corners. What really got my heart raceing even in my early 30's was my first corner in the rain. The slide seemed like fun till the rear wheels hit dryer pavement. Since I was getting ready to bale, likely having most of my body out the left door was the only reason the rig did not 'flop' over on it's right side................ It was an interesting time. Folks called me the "Bike Guy". Gerry
