    Ukrainian oil cooler.

    Oil cooler kit strait from the Ukraine. I tried mounting it and I ran out of patients

    At the end of the day I didn't like having exposed oil lines unless they were the trick stainless lines that belong on a Funny Car. I know the braided rubber lines are adequate. I have so many other things to be messing with that im not going to deal with it at this time

    A standard set up seems to always entail the exposed braided rubber lines.
    Maxpower's situation and concern do sound normal.
    I figure chance of catastrophic oil loss due to a holed oil line while possible is also fairly unlikely. I certainly can imagine stiff brushy situations that could puncture or tear an oil line lose.

    Unless you live in a desert region like the South West, Texas, Colorado, California etc you really won't need an oil cooler

    Even with a torn line the oil flow is not high volume and a quick loop or simply carry the OEM aluminum cover in your toolkit
