Finally found old pictures, Hoot needs to see these!

I have often talked about the "Olden Days" when I was a renegade and tearing up the roads around here. Wife had a Nostalgia day and dragged out the old photos!

Keep in mind these are pictures of old 35MM photos from the box.

I had a new 1972 Kawasaki H-2 750 triple that was claimed to be the fastest production motorcycle on the streets back in 1972. Take not of my shirt, the Zig Zag man and I think I may have ran in to him a few times.

Fing photobucket is pissing me right off! The second pic shows right on my bucket and then flips it when I post it. PRICKS! Tried three times to fix it but it won't show right.

    Gary,

I remember those days well (at least most of them, I was also an acquaintance of the ZigZag man !).

Yea Brian, being on a forum with a bunch of seniors who are sticking around and still riding somewhat tamer bikes will bring out the best times for sure. We need a bit of reminding these days!

That's a great pic G. For some crazy reason, I would still like to ride one of the Kawasaki's again. They were incredibly fast, in spite of the handling.

I got a kick out of the Zig Zag Man T-shirt. In 1970, the day after I turned 18, I found myself in a seedy downtown San Diego tattoo shop. I had a bent over crippled hundred year old (at least) wrinkled Chinese lady tattoo a large Zig Zag Man on my upper arm. I sported it proudly for many years until my little boys started asking me what it was... After trying to remove it myself (mostly successful) I went down to the local tattoo shop and had it covered over with a nice tattoo of a old Clipper Sailing Ship. Tattoo's were much cheaper way back in the 70's. I paid 8 bucks for the ZZ Man.

*My Mom (bless her heart) was super pissed the first time she saw it.

Ha Ha Tommy! All my tattoos came from over the handlebar flights or bar room fights over some bimbo who wasn't worth a stitch for more than a couple hours. I never got that close to Ziggy to sit under some 100 year old crippled Chinese woman for a few hours while she injected me full of toxic ink! Lots of my Navy buddies did though and I guess they were cool! I have always been a DIY kind of guy where body art was concerned.

Well, Either Pukebucket woke up or the picture fairy stopped by and corrected the orientation over night. I am sure you computer guys like Dryden could explain how and why some pictures get posted side ways or up side down when they show the right way when we click to post them. One good thing about having a lap top is I can always just turn the screen and see it the way it should be.
