    2015 tw

Had one in 89, in WA State, placed 3rd in 250 class in a 100 mi enduro, main advantage points were a drop off with several riders wondering how to get down, TW did just fine, they said "oh, thats how". Second was a mud crossing over a stream that turned into a mud bog, TW just motored thru, third was a 6 ft waterfall, again with lots of riders stuck, the TW just blew by.

After 20+ years, and 65 years old, I have new one, and plan on exploring ghost towns and mines here in AZ. A 15 tooth countershaft sprocket helps for highway use, with little effect off-road. A JC Whitney trunk handles most gear. Miss the kickstarter and split left case covers, for easy sprocket change.

Toned down the paint job, and carry CB, cell phone, and ariel flares, as well as water & spare gas--of course a first aid kit with extras.

Heard years ago that some japanese guy rode a TW to the north pole.
    Enjoy

Welcome to the forum Mike, glad you are back on a TW!

At least some TW parts probably made it to the North Pole.

Welcome to the forum, Mike. We look forward to hearing about your future adventures. If you can swing it, come to the TW gathering in Moab, March 10-18, 2016.

    1st John 1:9
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

    John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

    John 3:17
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
