    In the vid "Saddleback Mountain | A Blustery Blitz", where you come across spray-paint tagging, here's what I do. (cus I don't like to see it in the pristine places either).

    I bring a rag and a can of acetone with me the next time I'm there, and wipe it away.

    I told this to our local public transport (bus tagging from ideological students). Now they have acetone as a tool against such madness.
    I also told them to mold-release wax tha back of the bus seats, so future tagging doesn't stick.
