    I've just bought a Shinko 241 to replace the stock front tyre, which I'm just not confident with. What are people's views on whether I should fit a standard, heavy duty, or extra heavy duty tube? I see some tubes are now 4mm thick, which surely must help stop punctures? I ride in very thorny...
