Yea, you’re right. Another oil discussing who needs it. I have a dam case I trying to get rid of. Hey, if a TW is as tuff as they say then it should be fine

Does it say energy conserving on the back of your oil bottle? If so save it for a car.

Its Honda motorcycle oil. That’s funny; my manual (2006) says 10/30 or 20/40......

10W-40 is fine.

Use Mobil MX4T or Racing 4T and you will be turning over 24,000 miles like I am!

Since I bought it with 1200 miles on it, it has never seen the dealer. I have done all of the maintenance on it. Mostly minor stuff: sprockets, valve adjustments, etc.

Use what the manual advises...the bike only holds A LITTLE over a quart anyway....change it often.

The point had been made, but I will chime in anyway: 10W-40 MOTORCYCLE OIL works fine. See, I'm a total novice to engines, so I went out and put some automotive oil in my TW, and could tell right away that something was not right. Emptied it out and put some motorcycle oil in, and we're back in business. They're tanks.
