new to the forum

just picked up a 2005 TW 200 (Calif emission bike) w/290 original miles.

After reading and wanting to jet the bike,

Wanted to ask suggestions to purchase parts needed.

Suppliers of these jets,suggestions of sizes and what I should have on had,

shim's,any after market needles available w/e clip groves for adjusting needle?

My wife and I bought new 06 models and just have a blast with them..Just got back from tenn. riding the tail of the dragon.. Last year we rode in the bad lands and black hills.. Also from sundance wy. to the devils tower..

Good luck with the dub... Does it have a jimbo shield????? They are high quality and now come in 4/5 colors..OMM.

Here's a link to the thread you'll need for re-jetting the proper way, also the proper Yamaha jet part numbers for ordering. Judge from your altitude which you'll need I guess but I'd just buy all three sizes to have them. If you pretty please with sugar on top someone here might mail you some of the proper shims from McMaster Carr that everyone likes.
