Just finished up my bike. What do you guys think? I stripped it down. LED lights all around. Tucked the integrated taillight under the seat. Cut the tip off the seat. Battery is still under the seat. Jetted the carb and shimmed the needle. Beams exhaust. Cone filter. Custom undertail for fender and protect battery. I also changed the light in the speedo to blue 馃槈. Bar end mirror on left side only. Thing runs amazing. Put the 125 main jet, new pilot jet, and 2 shins on the needle. Totally different bike. I work 6km from my house and use this bike to go back and forth. I love it. Best purchase of my life !

The next step is to install a new brown seat and cut off the back end of the frame. Well see when that gets done. For now I鈥檓 going to enjoy.

I think it's looking pretty sweet. I like the hollow mod without the air box, and I also like the looks of the round headlight and the tires. The blacked-out rims look good, too. If you're looking to go full-bobber, you'll need to chop the back end of the frame and seat, as you mentioned. Not sure I would have the huevos to do that, though.

I've been looking at bobber/cafe mods for a while now. I think if my wife decides she doesn't like riding the TW200 I'm fixing for her, I may try to chop that thing down. I like the way some builders take an old tank and strip off all the paint down to bare metal. Makes it look sort of Mad Max / post-apocalyptic.

Thanks for your comments. I don鈥檛 hate the blue tank. I was always going to just black everything out but I鈥檝e kinda really started to like the color. Little accents to come still, like when I change my sprockets, gold sprockets and chain and chain tighteners. Hahaha. But ya I know what you mean the mad max look is pretty cool.
