That carb pictured might be tough fit. The flange is part of the body of the carb, if it's different than the mounting to the TW head, could be very tricky. It is a Mikuni which means jets would be easy to find. It's a cheap experiment, but I would prepare yourself for blowing the $30, bonus if it did happen to fit!

It will be not easy to make a fitting adapter, to mount this carb on the TW cylinder head.

Very important is the exact type of carb, because Mikuni does have many different jets and much more different needle jets.

So, I recommend: No, search for a other carb.

It is not so easy to choose the correct carb. The carb size depends from rpm range -> in which rpm range do you want the best performance.

I've found some months ago a calculation to get the fitting carb size.

Here are some results:

-> 200ccm with 28mm carb

from 4,840 to 6,125 rpm

-> 200ccm with 30mm carb

from 5,556 to 7,031 rpm

-> 200ccm with 32mm carb

from 6,321 to 8,000 rpm

-> 200ccm with 33mm carb

from 6,722 to 8,508 rpm
