I would happily pay $2000 for that beauty! Best color scheme of all time! I can't see paying the price of a brand new bike though no matter how perfect the condition is.

I can't imagine 23 year old tires with tire shine on them would be at all slick

I paid $1600 for my '89 with 1600 miles on it. This looks like a nice bike but yeah, way overpriced.

$2000 tops.

could make for an interesting road test if thats armor-all on the tires....lol. Bring the bike back scraped up and get a discounted price.

I bought it, and for a reasonable price not even close to the asking price, had to drive 120 miles from Dallas to get it. This bike is in amazing condition. Truly looks showroom. Not even a scuff on the frame by the pegs. Inside the tank absolutely looks new with not one speck of rust. The zinc on the spokes looks new, all the frame bolts look new. I think the black/red is a great looking combo. It feels like a new bike when riding, amazing for 23 years old.

Ill get some pics up... Ive come a little nutty with these TW's in the last few months. I now have three TW's.. 87, 89, 97 all with under 1200 miles each. Instead of riding my Valkyrie with my friends Ive been riding the 87 and am always the lead bike, I think my friends think Im crazy but are impressed that the TW will do 70 plus all day long.
