A beautiful Saturday in northeast Nevada was spent TDubbin up in the Ruby Mtns. Some friends of mine were camping out up at the Lions Club Camp Lamoille, so I decided to wake up early, load the pack with fishin' gear, and ride up in time to crash breakfast. Why does chow always taste better in the mountains. After chow and a couple hours of tellin' lies it was time to head farther up the mountain to the beaver ponds for a little fishing. Got a bit of a late start on the pond so only 3 bites and one keeper. Brookies make the best pan fryers. Then the wind decided to blow on in and end the day early around 2ish. Still, a day of fishing and riding was just what I needed. This is just the beginning of my TDub adventures. looking forward to many years of this kind of relaxation.

Only about 8500-9000ft. elevation. Last month this was still blanketed in snow.
That's going to be a whole new adventure come winter.
