I am on my last mod until my cyclerack gets here. I bought the seal kit from procycle for the air box. I am hoping that I just install in the air box channel when I remove the air box cover itself.



Can somebody confirm that for me.

Very easy to do. It installs in the groove on the cover.

No problem. I just used a flat headed screw driver to push the new seal in the groove. I got mine from the dealer and the seal was long enough to do two plus TW covers. I stuffed the seal into the groove making sure it wasn't twisted, stretch, or bunched. When it came full-circle, I used a razor blade to cut off the excess, making sure the two ends touched each other.

Great post, my seal is sitting in Florida, waiting to get on Friday's boat. Perfect timing of this thread. Ordered it also from ProCycle.
