I've been lurking on here for the last couple of months, learning about TW200's and looking for a good used one. Today I rode down to pick up an 06 from another member here. It was a great experience. Given the distance between us he kindly met me halfway, and was the nicest guy you could deal with. You're always taking a chance going to another state 250 miles away with a bunch of cash in your pocket. My experience has been that things either go horribly wrong or incredibly well. I'm very happy with the way it all worked out. I felt confident going into it that things would work out as he is a member here and also on ADVRider. There seems to be some level of credibility when dealing with total strangers who are on the same forums. Not sure why that it, but it is.
