I was out working on a trailer and I needed a single bolt,
There was a tractor supply at the corner and I ran in for a bolt,
Well,
I hate not having a little of this and a little of that,
So heres what I bought,
60, 1/4 bolts assorted sized
50 nuts, 50 washers, 50 lock washers
25, 5/16 asst bolts
25, nuts, 25 washers, 25 lock washers
Same amount in 3/8
same for 7/16,
It all was priced at $1.99 a pound.
Now I have lots of smaller hardware for the little projects I get to do,
When I am at work its easy as I have everything there,
But at home I like to have some assortment,
Not bad for $16.02.
Plus ONE for Tractor Supply,, ! ! ! !
They also stock a good amount of Metric Nuts and Bolts !
Heres a pic,

I don't believe in waiting until I need "staple supplies" to go to the hardware store. Although I do over-do it!:(
I'd rather go once than several times a year.

Hey, hey, hey...a place of worship...is a place of worship. The religions may differ, but the bottom line is that we are worshiping something. :D
Yeah, SAE Grade 8, bright yellow zinc, lately.
I'm doing sort of a retro, steampunk, race car-like restoration under the hood of my MGA and the "gold" fasteners look great!
I bought a mixed gallon bucket of them before I started.
Have only a few left.
