I'm looking to buy a solidly dependable battery for my DR200. Has anyone had experience with the "Motobatt" YTX7L-BS battery or any Motobatt battery in a bike? I'm seriously considering ordering one of these.

No personal experience, but I recently heard that Motobat was a good option.

This is a really old thread but just thought I'd come post an update for anyone who might be looking for such a product and find this information helpful.



A very high quality Suzuki DR200 battery is the "Motobatt" part # MBTX7U. I've been using it for almost four thousand miles so far with absolutely no trouble at all. Starts right up every time. Decent price and maintenance free. You can't go wrong here.
