Was in Wisconsin this weekend for a family wedding and a night at the Kalahari Resort at Wisconsin Dells with the youngest son and family...when I travel that way I always try to grab some beers that are not available everywhere.....here is what I brought back {the damn Pumpking from Southern Tier runs $7.50 a bottle, too much for my taste, but I picked up one each for me and Hoot #3 to try out} :p

Stopped by Snowshoe brewery in Arnold, CA on way back home from fun camping/tw riding with Fred, Dale and George. Had a grizzly IPA and picked up a growler full for tonite's Monday night football game. Tasty beer!

That's a NY State Beer.
No wonder the Gawd Damn stuff was $7.50 a bottle, the Idiots Gov and his Marxist Toadies probably taxed the Sh*t out of it before it left the state....but at least it tasted good.....:icon_shaking2:

Did you like it Hoot? I drive through that area daily and would be willing to check local prices. I get huge discounts on shipping;)

Drank it last night....real smooth, a bit sweet, but good as an occasional switch....I know they have Southern Tier around here, but had never seen the Pumking Ale....let me know the prices, should be interesting variation in cost.
