I had the chance along with my 16 year old son to spend Sat and most of today at the Bonneville Vintage Motorcycle GP races just west of Salt Lake City held at the Miller Motorsports Park.

Very interesting to see all of the vintage bikes and riders, in addition there were sidecar races and even an electric bike race.

The 160cc (smallest class) had a LeMan style start that was very cool to see!!

Below are some random bike shots of what the guys were racing on.

This little guy was a 1964 folding scooter...I did not see it on the track however.

I would have loved to have this little "Triumph" when I was 7 or 8 years old.

I highly recommend that if you have the chance to attend one of these events you do so, we spoke with several of the racers and their families in and around the pits and all were very nice and eager to talk about their bikes and their passion for racing.
