Brock and Tdub would like to announce the latest addition. I found this for $19.99 in the clearance box. Just a heads up. This was listed as a shifter for a Honda. Fits the TW perfect. In fact, it fits $19.99 perfect.

I took the TDub out for its first ride since the hybrid fork and oil cooler upgrade. It was only a ride to around town, but it still felt great. It seems like they always run better when they are clean...don't they? I couldn't help from showing her all nice and clean.

Nice! folding shifters are a ride saver, ya done good there.
It was something on the 2ndary priority list. Just when you think you are done, you realize you want something else.

I thought I was done after the hybrid forks and then Russ offered to bring an oil cooler. Then after putting on the oil cooler, then I realized I didn't want but i NEEDED a Ricochet or MSR skid plate to protect the oil cooler. After the skid plate and the other barkbuster/hand guard I should be done. At least for a week or two.

Woodward,

It is a sunline product. It is an alloy folding shift lever. They work great.

Part # for the shifter?? Im looking to get a spare that fits good.

I bought a Honda CR shifter. The guys at the local moto shop said Honda and Yamahas tend to have the same diameter and thread on the shifting rod (can't think of the correct word).

I tried the TDub with the new shifter. It is definitely a longer pull, but it felt great. Shifted better and love it. I hightly suggest it to anyone considering. For those that wear full boots, it will be a welcome upgrade.
